TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FLY.COOL FIBRE & MUSIC BUNDLE AIRPODS 4 PROMOTION
1. Promotion Overview
• This promotion provides Apple Airpods 4 to customers subscribing to eligible fibre internet packages starting at R589 per month.
• The promotion is valid until *31 March 2025* and is subject to stock availability.
2. Package Eligibility
• Only fibre internet packages starting from R589 per month qualify for this promotion.
• Availability is limited to fibre network coverage areas serviced by Fly.cool.
3. Installation and Apple Airpods 4 Delivery
• Upon successful payment and activation of the fibre line, the Apple AirPods 4 will be delivered. While certain FNO packages may not come with a Wi-Fi router, the Apple AirPods 4 remain part of the offer and will still be provided.
• Installation scheduling will occur within 7–10 days of order confirmation and payment. However, installation may take longer if the customer has not cancelled with their previous ISP and the fibre line has not been released.
4. Charges and Cancellation Policy
• All services are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
• If the subscription is cancelled *within the first 12 months*, the following charges apply:
- The full retail price of the Apple Airpods 4 will be charged to the customer. The retail price of the Apple Airpod 4 is R2499.00
- The full price of the ISP allocated router (if applicable) will be charged to the customer. The retail price of the router is R850.00
- Fly.cool will suspend or terminate any unpaid service until payment is received in full. If the Service is suspended a reconnection fee of R1,000.00 (Incl. VAT) will be payable by the customer
- A returned debit order will incur an administration fee of R250.00 (Incl. VAT).
- Standard cancellation terms will apply.
5. Apple Airpods 4 Return Policy
• If the Apple Airpods 4 are faulty within a 6 month period , they can be returned to Fly.cool for inspection.
• If the fault is determined to be a manufacturing defect, the apple Airpods 4 will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
• Fly.cool reserves the right to refuse replacement for faults caused by misuse, physical damage, or other non-manufacturing defects.
6. Promotional Offers and Billing
• Fees for the first month must be paid in advance, before the service is activated.
7. Agreement Terms
• This subscription/contract is non-transferable.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to *Connect@fly.cool*.
